FUNDING

With the Government planning to personalise adult social care services even further many people across the country can now acceds Individual Budgets, Personal Budgets, Direct Payments and Independent Living Fund Payments.

Privately Self Funded 

Self funded care is funded by the service user themselves.

They pay for their care privately to the service provider and independently choose the provider of their choice, which best suits their care needs.

Direct Payments

Direct payments can be taken from the council to choose a provider of choice.

This allows a person to have centred and choice over how their care needs are met and by whom.

Personal Budgets

This allows a person to have control and choice over how their care needs are met and by whom.

lt can either be taken as a Direct Payment or left with councils to commission services, or a combination
of both.

Individual Budgets

Similar to Personal Budgets, an Individual Budget can be taken as a Direct Payment
or left with the council to administer. It can also be given to another organisation to be managed on behalf of the user, or any combination of the above methods, giving the person choice about how they receive and manage their care package.

Live In Care

Full Time Care

From £1172 per week

Pleasant Home Health provides full time care.  A carer lives like a family member with this service user, taking care of all care needs in the service user’s home.

Pleasant Home Health provides Short term care.  A carer lives like a family member with this service user, taking care of all care needs in the service user’s home.

Short Term Respite Care

£1475 per week

Pleasant Home Health can provide short term respite care for short periods.  A carer will move into the service user’s home and take care of all care needs.
